"My PA Erica has been absolutely amazing in the last 4 years of treatment of my chronic pain. The office staff are great, and the entire team is a pleasure to work with. I know seeing all excellent reviews seems "fake" but they truly are great and caring. They listen to your concerns, help evaluate medical tests together with you, and most importantly (again) LISTEN to you. "Dr Lewis is the best pain management Dr I have ever seen. Back injections by other Drs only lasted about a week and the pain returned. My last injection by Dr Lewis was 3 months ago and still no pain. He is the best and his bedside manner is also top notch. And the entire staff is friendly and efficient, office runs very smoothly. They even provide leather power recliners for their patients in every exam room!"

"I am changing pain Drs only cause mine is in Fort Worth n I live in Frisco n after driving there every few months for yrs I needed to find a good new pain Dr here in Frisco but I was concerned whether they would keep me on my pain meds. Well Lewis Pain Mgmnt & My PA & all employees are Extremely Caring with great a bedside manner. They are a very low key Pain Mgmnt Center n the employees bring their dogs to work! Their dogs!!!The Whole Practice is FAMILY!…Dr Lewis has all family members working there n his son in law Sam runs the front desk/office n hes GREAT!! After giving them my medical records n they saw the pain medication I was on my PA Erica said she had no problem keeping me on all my pain meds which one is a narcotic. I see them every month, n i must bring my med vials to appts n I appreciate than a tech counts my meds each visit coz there r alot of “pain docs” who do not practice medicine n just dish out drugs & dont care if patients overuse or r addicted! They do a urine sample every 2-3months n thats it! My RA Erika is Wonderful n has developed a nice relationship where i talk about my family n share pics of my grandaughter each visit$ I Highly Recommend Dr Lewis Pain Mgmnt Center & His Staff!(btw besides pain meds he does diff procedures also n cutting edge Plasma treatments)"

"Very nice offices & staff members that with in only a few appts greeted me by name the second I walked in the office. And about a year to recognize my voice if I called. Scheduling is very simple & isn't ever booked far out &/or over booked. And they actually get u in at ur scheduled appt time or sometimes early if ur early. Breeze, the mobile app they use, is so simple & convenient. As are their multiple office locations & you don't have to use the same one every month either. And they also do in office spinal injections, epidurals, ect. I have been using them since 2010. That's the best rating anyone could give right there, if you ask me!"

"I’d made a few appointments here and ended up having to reschedule for unforeseen circumstances. I was glad to be able to go in to my first appointment with Dr. Lewis today. Every one from the front office Gent that greeted me, asked to make a copy of my Identification, and insurance card was very nice. He also requested my copay upfront as well. Some places don’t allow you to wait till services are rendered any more but I can’t complain cause I know it’ll benefit me in the long run once my therapy and treatment start up again. I had to fill out this one form regarding my pain. I sat down for a few minutes and instantly I hear this well shaped (Athletic build) man stands by the entrance door to the back office portion of the building. He was also very polite, spoke to me, asked me brief questions after checking my weight, and blood pressure. I gave him enough pertinent information. I asked him, What was his name? He said, Caleb with a C or a K? lol of course I asked. That’s just the Virgo in me. After about 10 or 12 minutes speaking with Caleb the Doctor walks in. He was also in excellent shape. At this point I was definitely motivated to get back in to the gym. I know that I’m not physically capable of doing anything rigorous right now though but I’m still hopeful. Dr. Lewis had a pleasant bedside manner. He ordered further treatment for me and I’ll see him again in a few weeks. I’m glad I didn’t go to anyone else for my Pain Management. I can say, that I had a very good experience on my first visit. Thanks"

"Erica Spicer and her team are the absolute quintessential most extraordinary epitome of excellence of anyone in the medical pain management field I have ever encountered and I have been through an extraordinary amount!!! I have had a very unfortunate journey of having to battle 4 different kinds of cancer over the last six years, which gave me a broken spine in seven places, and bulging discs due to the chemotherapy and radiation, after a devastating fall while chasing my puppies!!! Unfortunately, I’m not a candidate to rebuild my spine at this time as the spine doctors and surgeons would like to do, therefore all that we can do is mitigate the pain and it is absolutely traumatizing to think of having to find the right doctors with a heart of compassion and level of excellent skill that is needed for my current situation! Until I was so very blessed that one of my other physicians recommended Dr. Lewis and Erica Spicer and the team ! Sam, (the office manager) has been an absolute Prince among men and made me feel welcome and right at home and helped me navigate all of the insurance and financial obstacles, and I was so very thankful because he is such a breath of fresh air & is so very kind and knowledgeable! "I have had a very serious injury in my neck and spine. After two fail auditions surgeries. I still have severe pain! I have been past around like a used car. Most doctors treated me like I was a drug head. I was told to go see Dr. Lewis and his staff. 1dt thing I noticed was all of his staff were very nice to me. His nurse took me in the exam room. She really listen at what I had to say. I asked her to help me explain my condition to Dr. Lewis. This was my last hope. I was so nervous that I thought I was going to faint. DR. Lewis came in shook my hand went over my MRI. He told me what was going on. He gave me some medicine for my pain. He also going to try his best to make my injury more better to live with. When I go back to see him he going to start giving me injections. He was my really last hope. I didn't tell him but I was thinking about ending my life. I had taken family thur so much and I was tired of hurting and getting rejected by other doctors and their staff. DR. Lewis treated me with compassion. His staff called my medicine in like they said they would. Even when they were having problems with their computer. They gave me a courtesy call and told me what was happening and they would fix the problem soon. I could look in their eyes and see that they really cared about people. "I’d made a few appointments here and ended up having to reschedule for unforeseen circumstances. I was glad to be able to go in to my first appointment with Dr. Lewis today. Every one from the front office Gent that greeted me, asked to make a copy of my Identification, and insurance card was very nice. He also requested my copay upfront as well. Some places don’t allow you to wait till services are rendered any more but I can’t complain cause I know it’ll benefit me in the long run once my therapy and treatment start up again. I had to fill out this one form regarding my pain. I sat down for a few minutes and instantly I hear this well shaped (Athletic build) man stands by the entrance door to the back office portion of the building. He was also very polite, spoke to me, asked me brief questions after checking my weight, and blood pressure. I gave him enough pertinent information. I asked him, What was his name? He said, Caleb with a C or a K? lol of course I asked. That’s just the Virgo in me. After about 10 or 12 minutes speaking with Caleb the Doctor walks in. He was also in excellent shape. At this point I was definitely motivated to get back in to the gym. I know that I’m not physically capable of doing anything rigorous right now though but I’m still hopeful. Dr. Lewis had a pleasant bedside manner. He ordered further treatment for me and I’ll see him again in a few weeks. I’m glad I didn’t go to anyone else for my Pain Management. "It was a great office until I paid cash for my 2nd office visit of the year. In March 2022 I paid a $30 copay on a credit card, which I've always done everywhere. In June 2023 I paid cash, because I didn't have available credit due to other utility bills on the card. They don't let you see the Dr or NP unless you've paid first. 2 months later I'm billed for $30. I call & I'm told I had a zero $ copay so they never collected my money. I told them unless this happened system wide on their computer, there's no way a computer changes someone's insurance copay (already pd once in this year) to a 0.00 copay. I've done accounting for over 2 d cafes. I know how easily systems can be manipulated. Then I get an appointment months later after arguing with the entire office staff from front desk to office manager. I tell them I'll pay for past visit after I speak with Erica the NP & so they let me pay for my current visit. Erica denies ever receiving a letter I sent directly addressed to her, which staff says she got. She refuses to believe anyone stole anything. Even though I asked the new front desk guy what I owed the $30 for. He proceeded to tell me I owed for lab work & the lies continue. I say "Funny I don't pay for lab work". Now I receive a threat to turn my account over to collections. I'm not letting this happen without a fight. Funny front desk person who took my cash at old location doesn't work for them anymore. The internet is full of information on how rampant financial theft is in the medical industry. It didn't surprise me, but they have nothing but lies about why I owe the $30 & I've worked hard for years to rebuild my credit into the 800's again after a horrible diagnosis of TSD that left me unable to walk for over 2 years - ruined my credit when I couldn't work & had no insurance. There's is no way I would jeopardize this over $30, but I'm not wrong, I paid cash for this bill. Unfortunately they don't give you a full page paid invoice/receipt. They give you a short tear off of a micro printer & it got thrown out because I Never expected to have to keep it. Never again will I pay cash for anything important."

"Dr. Lewis’ practice runs so much smoother now than in the past. The check-in is simpler now that you can check-in before you get there instead of waiting at counter to sign-in when you’re in pain. You’ll also find all your info online so no longer do you have to complete extra forms each visit just update any changes online when checking in such as address, insurance etc. The time in waiting room has been greatly reduced from an hour or so to 15 min. or less which is very much appreciated when you’re in a good deal of pain. The time spent waiting in the exam room has also been significantly reduced as well. Also time spent waiting for your prescriptions since they’re now electronically generated and sent to your pharmacy eliminating the need to wait after your consultation for techs or PA to return with prescriptions. The need to stop on the way home if not feeling well or go back later to drop off prescriptions at the pharmacy has also been eliminated. I would say that their automated system is a success."
