Vendors that help us operate the SMS program may process this information only to provide those services for us and may not use it for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message types. Depending on your interaction with us, messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, office updates, patient-service or care-coordination communications, account or billing-related administrative notices, and responses to inquiries.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting in. You may opt in through an affirmative SMS consent checkbox on our website or, where keyword enrollment is available, by texting START to 214-618-9600. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or receipt of care.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. After that confirmation, no further messages will be sent from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
