We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and checks. Co-pays, co-insurance and deductibles are due at your visit. Self-pay is considered case by case, and our billing office can tell you about payment plans.
Services that may not be covered
Coverage can differ from one service to another. Some treatments, such as regenerative medicine, are usually not covered by insurance. See Regenerative Medicine. Hormone and weight loss care may also be handled differently; see Hormones & Weight Loss.
